Colorado Mountaineering Trips - Youth Groups Summer Camps

Colorado Mountaineering Trips- Journeying into the north San Juan Mountains of Colorado, you will have the opportunity to climb remote, high peaks, undertake rope course activities, and enjoy meals at base camps nestled between alpine peaks. Mountaineering curriculum can include any of the following: backcountry travel, snow climbs, ice axe use, navigation, fixed line usage for scaling technical peaks, rappelling, and Tyrolean traverses. We also teach low impact camping, cooking, Leave No Trace principles, geology and ecology of the area, and teamwork.
