 Meet
the Founder - My name is Tom Zimmer and I am the founder of the
Colorado Wilderness Institute (CWI).
I grew up in Colorado Springs and was a peer minister for the
youth group at Saint Francis of Assisi Parish.
For the last seven years I have been working in the outdoor
education/adventure industry. After
working for several other companies, I decided I wanted to start a
company that caters to Catholic youth groups.
Outdoor recreation provides a perfect environment to learn
and grow closer to God with friends and other Catholics.
